Bahnba...beaten!
Just killed Bahnba Shockfoot. Slow farm because the stupid Yeti with him are slow firing Rangers and Ritualists. Energy management all the way or you will die.

I don't know how it works, but no. PS activates SB healing if you get hit for 10% of your health (I think)

I imagine this might start killing the meleer's around you and then you could run into energy probs.
Btw, this works well with IW mesmer as well, same principle but only 1 skill taken up with offense. Might not be as fast mind you.

More confirmed kills...
AND
Chehbaba presented some concern as my hp was bouncing up and down a lot. I laid off the Touch of Agony and Wallow's Bite and just Vamped him to death. Very easy overall. Plague Touch is your friend here since you will get crippled and poisoned by all the traps.
Tomtom was very easy. There are two mobs and your energy/hp is always near max. I was still leary after Chehbaba so I Vamped at first, then added in one sacrificing touch. No real problems.
Hukhrah was unkillable. Between his own healing touch and the ritualists healing he was never below 60% health. I think a Mo/N would be more suitable here. I'd spec high in prot and smiting. Then I'd throw on the smiting touches and Scourge Healing. I think he'll drop to that, but it's just speculation at the moment. Necro secondary just for Plague Touching off those annoying trap conditions.

Well, I hadn't thought about taking it. That's the straight answer. Also, it's a one second cast and when I was developing the build for Ssyn I wanted fast skills. Getting dazed from Concussion Shot was a real problem. If you look up Concussion Shot on GuildWiki you'll see that it only dazes if you were using a spell. SB/PS are 1/4 casts so your exposure to being dazed is very small.
As a test you could add Dark Aura in and see how it goes. Just realize, as was noted above, that killing off the melee that's feeding you energy is a bad thing.

Arrahhsh conquered!
Sadly, I had to put an elite on the bar. I just couldn't out damage his Healing Signet. With Spoil Victor on the bar Arrahhsh just can't out heal all the damage he does to himself.
Note: I put two vamps on the bar as well. The damn pet tigers and cranes don't do enough damage to trigger Spirit Bond. They will have your hp down to zero in no time flat so the vamp skills are necessary to replenish what Spirit Bond misses. Also, be sure to aggro Arrahhsh's mob and the mob that you pass on the bridge. You need the aggro to keep your energy up.

Confirmed your kill of Swiftscale. I'd say it's medium for me. I used the same build that I used to kill Arrahhsh. Seemed to go a bit slow because the Naga archers just don't attack as fast as the warriors do.
I also killed Sessk again on the way to Swiftscale. Sessk was much easier using just the two vamp touches. I will probably retry Ssyn with this setup and see if it's easier too. I never used Spoil on Sessk because he's a necro and doesn't seem to attack very often.

Miella... partially destroyed
Just killed Miella Lightwing... I have to say it was a very dicey kill and I'm not sure I could repeat it regularly. I had to aggro a lot of Saltspray Dragons to keep my energy up.
UPDATE!:
After a few failures I've gotten better at killing her.
Method:
1. Remove the chest piece. This allows wand damage from the dragons to trigger SB.
2. Grab aggro from at least 2 Saltsprays + the aggro from Miella's mob.
3. It's likely you'll be body blocked so get to Miella right away.
4. Prepare for constant knockdowns from Gale spaming !@#%^&!* Rockhide Dragons! This means you should do the following: Refresh SB, Vamp Touch, Refresh PS, Vamp Bite... and repeat the entire time until Miella Drops.
NOTE: even though I have Soul Leech on the bar it's not used. Spoil Victor would be a better choice, but you don't need it at all. If you want a non elite substitute then take Unholy Feast for the insta-100% hp healing.

Well, I believe someone in the thread had a monk and said this worked. However, if I were low on skill points and had a monk I'd do one thing:
Get to Harvest Temple ASAP! Go mesmer secondary and grab Sympathetic Visage, Ancestors Visage and Mantra of Resolve. Then go do the Shiro'ken farming using the 175% XP scroll. You'll be getting tons of skillpoints that way.
My monk went from having about 300k xp to having over a million in just a day and a half of farming there.
Just my $0.02

I'd say there's a decent chance with Spoil Victor that Sskai could be soloed. I think his mob is all Naga warriors and archers. Naga warriors are great for their fast attacks that feed you so much energy. The downside is that they interrupt like mad and you may not be able to get Spoil Victor cast. It's still worth a try though. Scourge Healing may be an option too.
Since Geoffer is an Outcast he probably has Assassins in his mob so I'd think not since enchant removal is death for this build. If you have a necro then this might be a good alternative build for Geoffer:
